My commitment to you is to show up as a capable, unique, caring person with empathy and as an Insightful, Intuitive Tarot Advisor ready to guide and empower you to tap into your own inner guidance and wisdom. I am committed to providing a safe place for you to express any issues that may arise.
Your commitment
Be committed to an open mind with a willingness to be guided to feel empowered to act, to create more of what you want in your life going forward.
My Services
I will provide readings with utmost compassion, honesty, and transparency in a non-judgmental manner in a safe environment. I will provide guidance and insight but I do not make any definitive predictions. If you need advice of which I am not qualified to provide, such as medical, legal, or financial, I will encourage you to seek proper professional advice.
I am happy to do compassionate readings whether it be in person or via email, by donation.
Payment
Payment to be paid in advance into my PayPal account or via bank details if it's an online reading whether it be by email, zoom or Face Time.
All monies are required in Australian dollars. Face to Face payment is required on the day. 
All email, Zoom. and Face Time Readings will be completed within seven day of receiving your request, whenever possible.
Refunds will be made only if my commitment to you has not been honored.
Appointments
Appointments will be scheduled on a case by case basis.
To cancel appointments, 24 hours notice is required.
No shows will incur a 50% surcharge, this is for all face o face readings, Zoom and Face Time.
Sessions
To prepare for your session, it is great that you get clear on what you want to ask the Tarot. We can design the actual question after we have a chat or via email so that we can create the most empowered question that suits your situation.
In case you are feeling nervous about the session, keep your breath moving.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Come prepared to perhaps leave or feel like a different person.
Be prepared that this could be quite an emotional experience for you.
Privacy
Your privacy will be treated with the highest of integrity.
Your data will be stored in a safe place to prevent third parties from accessing sensitive information.
All client information will not be shared without your full consent.
Dispute Resolution
If a client is unhappy after I have honoured  my end of the commitment, I will talk through the client's unhappiness with the intention of getting to what the problem actually was. I will then offer another reading at a later date.
If this is refused, only then will I give a refund.
Limitations On Liability
In the event where you aren't happy with you reading, refunds for the amount given will be refunded, less any costs in situ by me. And any decisions made by me are final.

When you undertake to have a reading done by me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this contract and its terms and conditions which I have agreed too.
